My relationship with food is constantly evolving. From the early years of eating everything out of a can or box…to young adulthood and trying to eat healthily - but being confused about what that meant…on to motherhood and a determination to provide my children with the best nutritional foundation possible. I look forward to sharing my successes and failures as well as learning from others who are on the same path.

  1. Christine, your application said you’re from Wellington. Is that Wellington, New Zealand? If so, we’re waving to you know from accross the ditch. I’ve promised the kids I’d take them to New Zealand next winter to see snow. I hope I can keep that promise. Thanks for joining our community. I’m looking forward to hearing about life in one of the luckiest countries in the world.

  2. Hi Sally, how old are yours? We’re definitely on the same path. I’ve got two boys three and five and I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure out what works andwhat doesn’t nutritionally. It is a process. Well welcoùme aboard and I look forward to hearing what you’re doing.
